Henry Yandt Construction is proud to present the successful completion of the Dutton West Retail Center, a 5,000 sq. ft. modern retail facility built atop a former landfill—an achievement that exemplifies our engineering ingenuity and commitment to overcoming complex construction challenges.

To ensure long-term structural stability on this environmentally sensitive site, our team implemented deep pile foundations driven to depths of 167 feet, along with comprehensive soil stabilization to support new utility installations. This groundwork was essential to safely and effectively develop on land not traditionally considered suitable for new construction.

The building’s steel-framed structure is wrapped in a striking mix of brick veneer, stone façade, and sintered stone siding, delivering both durability and architectural elegance. A defining feature of the design is the extensive storefront glazing on all four sides, maximizing natural light and visibility—ideal for retail tenants.
