This multi-family renovation project consists of 13 apartment buildings totaling 406 residential units. The comprehensive property improvements are designed to modernize both the exterior appearance and interior living spaces while enhancing the overall resident experience.

Exterior improvements include new asphalt paving and curbs, upgraded landscaping, enhanced green space areas, the addition of a new dog park, updated siding and trim, and repainting of the existing exterior brick facades.

Interior renovations include upgrades to common areas featuring new carpet tile, stair carpeting, fresh paint, and modern lighting fixtures. The leasing office is also being fully refreshed with updated finishes and furnishings to create a more welcoming and contemporary environment.

Vacant apartment units are being renovated with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, paint, and lighting upgrades. In addition, laundry rooms within each building are receiving updated finishes, new tables, fresh paint, and improved ventilation systems to better serve residents.
